拖拉机不仅是田间作业动力 ,也是我国重要的农村运输工具。长期以来拖拉机运输性能的检测缺乏合适的检测设备。文中介绍了一种 YTC型移动式拖拉机性能检测线。该设备移动方便 ,操作简单。制动力矩精度达 0 .98N· m,轴重精度达 0 .1kg,车速精度达 0 .0 1km / h,每 3m in内完成一台车检测 ,一天可连续检测 15 0台。实际应用表明 。

In the vast countryside in China, most of tractors act as the important transport vehicles, instead of field work machines. Because performance inspections of tractor was usually ignored,the bad working condition of tractor have resulted in the problems of environmental pollution, energy waste and transport accidents. All level governments and departments of agricultural machinery management should take measures to inspect the performance of tractor at least once a year. A new type equipment was developed to meet the requirement of the inspection. The results of practical application proved that the equipment was suitable.
