Construction of Evaluation Index System for Green Residential Quarters

随着绿色建筑、绿色住宅小区的发展,我国政府逐渐加强对绿色生态住宅小区的推广力度,并制定了相关的政策和标准。但在实际的项目开发过程中,大部分开发商并没有把可持续发展的理念引入项目的建设之中,引发了诸多问题。以绿色住宅小区为研究对象,从经济、社会、生态环境、管理这4个方面构建了绿色住宅小区的评价指标体系,以促进我国绿色住宅小区项目评价体系的完善。

With the development of green building and green residential area,the government push forward the construction of green residential district vigorously,formulating relevant policies and standards.But many developers did not introduce the concept of Sustainable Development into the housing communities,and caused many problems in the practical project development process.The green residential district is researched,establishing comprehensive evaluation index system from four aspects in the economic,social environment,ecology and management to promote the analysis system of Chinese green residential district.
