新疆准东煤炭产业带消防安全问题思考

Study on fire safety condition in Xinjiang Zhundong coal industry area

新疆准东煤炭产业带作为国家第十四个战略能源储备基地,地域辽阔,建设任务紧迫。针对该大型煤炭产业带在建设初期出现的难于统一领导、安全规划编制困难、救援类型复杂、棚户区大量存在和消防行政管理难度大的现状和问题,提出了按矿区产业带功能区的不同及建设进度实际状况区分层次和标准进行消防规划编制、分析火灾发展形势、加强消防宣传教育、加强消防行政管理,积极提供消防技术服务、充分整合社会资源,注重区域综合应急救援力量生成和保障的基本原则和思路。

As the 14th strategic energy store base of China,Cangji Zhundong coal industry in Xinjiang is very broad,and the task of construction is very pressure.Aiming at current problems which included the difficulty of unified leadership and the safety program ming,complicated rescue type,large quantities shanty and the difficulty of fire administration of large coal industry area forepart,the basic principle and idea were put forward which included distinguishing the layer and standard to drew up a fire fight programming according to different function area construction progress,analyzing the fire development situation,strengthening fire fight publicity education and administration management,providing the fire technique service,integrating social resource sufficient,and paying attention to district comprehensive emergency rescue strength come into being ensurely.
