摘要
膨胀式防砂筛管完井技术是20世纪90年代国外发展的一项防砂完井新技术。常用的膨胀工艺有机械式膨胀、液压式膨胀及两者结合进行膨胀3种工艺,目前就膨胀工艺对膨胀力的影响研究较少。不同的膨胀工艺对膨胀力大小具有明显的影响,通过对膨胀工艺的研究,建立了不同膨胀工艺下的膨胀力学模型,利用有限元分析方法对其进行求解。计算结果表明,完全用液压工具膨胀所需的膨胀力最大,机械锥膨胀所需的膨胀力最小,利用机械锥+液压工具分两次完成膨胀所需的膨胀力介于上述二者之间,计算结果与新疆油田实际施工结果较为吻合。利用机械锥+液压工具两次完成膨胀对施工参数的要求最低,是较为理想的一种膨胀工艺。
ESS (Expandable slotted screen) is a new sand control & completion technology developed abroad during 1990s. There are three common expansion process:mechanical expansion, hydraulic expansion and the mechanical and hydraulic expansion. Currently, the research on the effect of expansion process on expansive force was very few. By studying the expansion technology, the expansive mechanical model under different expansion technology was established, and expansive force was calculated by using the finite element method. The results showed that: when hydraulic expansion, the needful expansive force was largest, when mechanical expansion, the needful expansive force was minimum. Calculating results of expansive force were similar to the actual construction in Xinjiang oilfield. Therefore, the mechanical + hydraulic expansion technology was an ideal expansion process because it had lower requirement to expansion operation parameter.
