摘要
现役取心工具虽能满足井下使用要求,但受螺纹设计水平局限,螺纹普遍存在抗拉、抗扭强度不高、工具螺纹易疲劳损伤、粘扣、不易卸扣及抗硫效果差等问题,为取心作业中整个钻柱中的薄弱环节。针对以上问题,钻采工程技术研究院研究设计了一种高强度螺纹,应用于取心工具,使其具有更高的抗拉、抗扭强度、抗硫能力和更长的使用寿命,并且进行了现场应用,取得了显著效果,有效提高了取心工具井下使用的安全性和现场组装的便捷性,具有较好的推广价值。
Although active-duty coring tool can meet the operating requirements, because of limited design level, the thread has the problems such as low tensile and torsional strength, fatigue damage and galling, difficult to screw off and so on. To solve the problems above, a new coring tool with high strength thread was studied and designed by CCDC Drilling & Production Technology Research Institute, which make coring tool has higher tensile strength and torsional strength, and longer service life. The field application results showed that the security and the convenience of on-site assembly of coring tool with high strength thread were increased. The coring tool is worth popularizing and applying.
