试论大学班级建设与学生就业能力的培养

A Discussion on the Construction of College Classes and the Cultivation of Undergraduates' Employability

大学生就业能力培养是大学教育关注的重要内容。目前,大学生就业难已成为社会广泛关注的问题。造成大学生就业难的原因是多方面的,有国家经济社会发展存在的结构性问题及高等学校专业结构、课程设置的问题,也有用人单位的选才理念和选才方式方法的问题等,但从就业的主体———大学生来说,不容忽视的一个原因是大学生自身存在的就业能力偏弱问题。如何加强大学生就业能力培养,增强大学生的社会适应能力,是高等学校教育教学和管理工作中亟待解决的一个问题。大学班级建设在培养学生就业能力方面有其特定的作用,班级建设目标的设定、班级活动的设计与实施、班级成员之间的沟通与合作等,对就业能力的养成都具有十分重要的影响。大学班级建设应成为培养学生就业能力的一个重要平台。

The cultivation of undergraduates＇ employability is an essential part of college education. Nowadays, the graduates＇ difficulty of employment has become a severe issue that has received unprecedented public attention. A variety of reasons account for this issue, such as the structural problems existing in the development of economic society, the defects in the specialty structure and curricular arrangement of institutions of higher education as well as the loopholes in the employers＇ ideas and manner of talent selection. From the perspective of college students, who domain the main employment markets, however, the problem of weak employability inherent in undergraduates can not be ignored. How to strengthen the cultivation of college students＇ employability and improve the graduates＇ resilience is the burning issue in the higher education＇s teaching and management. The construction of college classes plays a special role in the cultivation of students＇ employability. Furthermore, objectives set for college classes＇ construction, the design and implementation of class activities as well as communication and cooperation in class have comprehensive impacts on the cultivation of employability. Hence, the construction of college classes should become a crucial platform for the cultivation of students＇ employability.
