世情国情的变化及大学生的思想特点决定了高校思想政治理论课的重要性与特殊性,进而对高校思想政治理论课教师的政治素质、业务素质和道德素质提出了更高的要求。作为高校思想政治理论课教师除了积极参加培训之外,更应该树立全面学习、创新学习的理念,不断提高自身素质。

The changes in domestic and international situation and the characteristics of college students in social changes deter- mines the importance and specificity of the Course of ideological and political theory, which puts forward requirements on the teachers＇ political, professional and moral qualities. As a teacher of Ideological and political theory, we should have the concept of comprehensive and innovative learning in addition to actively participate into training, and constantly improve his own quality.
