摘要
构建高校就业信息网络平台可以实现低成本大范围地收集和使用信息,建立毕业生和用人单位实时双选平台,实现就业各部门与用人单位的信息动态双向互换,以及对就业工作人员、毕业生和用人单位的行为分析和效果监控等。
The construction of employment information and network platform in colleges and universities can reduce the cost to collect and use information to a great extent. At the same time, it can also construct the two - way choice platform for graduates and employing units so as to realize the exchange of dynamic information for the both sides. Besides, this construction can realize the behavior analysis and effect monitoring for the employment staff, graduates and employing units.
