馈线自动化故障处理模式的投资效益分析

摘要 馈线自动化是配电自动化系统的重要组成部分,选择什么样的馈线自动化模式,涉及到线路一次设备改造投入资金的规模,所能产生的社会和经济效益,同时也影响配电自动化进一步发展升级的走势。本文通过建立馈线自动化可靠性投入收益模型,探讨了在馈线自动化模式选择中需要解决的经济问题决策的方法,突出馈线自动化建设的最终目的是为了利用有限的资金尽可能的提高经济效益。最后,通过两个算例说明,对于城市和农村两种不同规模和经济发展水平的配电网,应该采取不同的馈线自动化模式,以保证所投入的资金都能得到最佳的收益。 Feeder automation is an important part of the distribution automation system. The selection of feeder automation mode involves the social and economic benefits from the investment for a circuit transformation, meanwhile it will affect the further development trend of the upgrades of distribution automation. Through establishing the model of income from investment to feeder automation, this article discusses the decision-making method about the economic problem that needs to be solved , highlighting that the ultimate goal of feeder automation construction is to improve the economic benefit as much as possible through making use of the limited funds. Finally, it is illustrated by the two numerical examples that different models should be taken for the cities and the countrysides because of different scales and economic development levels of the distribution networks, so that the best returns of investment could be guaranteed.
