摘要
针对目前高职院校学生心理抗压力较差的现状,提出运用拓展训练增强高职院校学生的心理抗压力。认为拓展训练对提高高职学生心理抗压力的作用明显:1)培养社会责任感;2)锻炼意志力;3)建立良好的人际关系;4)增强情绪调控能力;5)完善心理辅导体系。
In view of the poor psychological resistance to stress of vocational school students,the paper proposed to enhance their psychological ability with outward development,which could well improve the students' resistance to stress.It can help students to develop a sense of social responsibility,exercise their willpower,establish a good relationship with others,enhance emotion regulation ability and improve psychological counseling system.
