外剥内扎注射术治疗环状混合痔临床分析

Clinical analysis of Milligan-injection in treating hemorrhoids hybrid ring

目的探讨外剥内扎注射术治疗环状混合痔的效果。方法回顾性研究我科采用外剥内扎加注射芍倍注射液的方法治疗环状混合痔86例(治疗组),并与传统手术治疗的66例(对照组)进行比较。结果治疗组在术后出血、疼痛、肛缘水肿、痔复发及愈合时间等方面明显优于对照组(P<0.01),随访远期效果佳,取得了满意疗效。结论外剥内扎加注射芍倍注射液治疗环状混合痔方法经济、实用、操作简单,有较好的临床应用价值。

Objective To investigate the Milligan-Morgan injection for the treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids effect.Methods a retrospective study of our department by external dissection and internal ligation plus Shaobei injection method for the treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids in 86 cases（treatment group）,and traditional operation in treatment of 66 cases（control group） were compared.Results In the treatment group,postoperative bleeding,pain,anal margin of edema,anal stenosis,recurrence of hemorrhoids and other methods of healing time than the control group were followed up for long-term good effect,and achieved satisfactory results,better clinical value.Conclusion External dissection and internal ligation plus Shaobei injection in the treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids method was economic,practical,simple operation,which had good clinical application value.
