微创术后针刀椎间孔内外口松解治疗神经根粘连临床研究

目的观察针刀椎间孔内外口松解治疗微创术后神经根粘连的临床疗效。方法将40例患者随机分为2组,试验组采用针刀松解术,对照组予常规治疗。观察2组疼痛、运动功能及直腿抬高试验改善情况。结果治疗后试验组显效率高达90%,试验组疗效高于对照组,P<0.01,20例患者均无并发症发生。结论针刀椎间孔松解是微创术后治疗神经根粘连的重要措施,值得临床应用推广。
