目的分析我院临床常见病原菌对抗菌药物耐药趋势,为临床合理选用抗感染药物提供技术支持。方法收集我院2008年—2010年和山西省细菌耐药监测医疗单位2010年住院、门诊患者提供的标本、病原菌分离、药物敏感试验结果、抗菌药物耐药率结果进行对比分析。结果 2008年—2010年我院细菌耐药监测结果与2010年山西省细菌耐药监测结果基本一致,我院细菌耐药趋势在逐年增加,有必要将2010年我院细菌对抗菌药物耐药情况绘制成图谱供临床医师选药时使用。结论面对日益严峻的耐药形势,我们必须开展连续性、系统性抗菌药物耐药监测,为控制感染、经验用药、合理用药提供有力的技术支持,加强抗菌药物合理应用及临床病原菌耐药谱监测对临床选择抗菌药物具有重要价值。

Objective To analyze the clinical common pathogenic bacteria to antibiotics drug resistance trend,reasonable selection of anti infection drugs for clinical provide technical support.Methods The 2010 in Shanxi province and surveillance of bacterial resistance in medical units in 2008-2010 hospitalizations,outpatient provided specimens,pathogen,drug sensitive test results,antimicrobial drug resistance rate of comparative analysis of the results.Results Of the 2008-2010 in our hospital and surveillance of bacterial resistance in Shanxi Province in 2010 the bacterial resistance surveillance results are basically the same,my courtyard bacterial drug resistance trend of increasing year by year,it would be necessary to 2010 our hospital bacteria on antimicrobial drug resistance situation is drawn into a map for the clinician drug selection using.Conclusion In the face of increasingly serious drug resistance situation,we must carry out the continuity,systemic antibacterial drug resistance surveillance,for the control of infection,experience of medication,rational drug use to provide strong technical support,to strengthen the rational use of antibiotics and clinical pathogenic bacteria drug resistance spectrum monitoring for clinical choice of antibacterial drugs have important value.
