循证护理在奥沙利铂化疗中的应用

Using of evidence-based nursing care in oxaliplatin chemotherapy

目的运用循证护理采用最佳的预防方法,降低奥沙利铂化疗后并发症的发生。方法对2009年10月—2011年3月我院收治的消化道肿瘤行奥沙利铂化疗患者应用循证护理模式进行护理。结果 56例患者中,42例发生不同程度神经毒性反应;35例患者有恶心,其中发生呕吐4例;26例出现骨髓抑制;仅2例发生静脉炎。结论通过循证护理实践,可有效地减轻或避免奥沙利铂化疗后并发症,提高患者的生存质量。

Objective Using evidence-based care get the best methods of prevention,in order to reduce complications of oxaliplatin.Methods Using the evidence-based care model to take care of gastrointestinal patients with oxaliplatin chemotherapy from October 2009 to March 2011.Results Among 56 gastrointestinal cancer patients,42 patients with different degrees of neurotoxic reaction,35 patients had nausea,including vomiting 4 cases;26 cases had bone marrow suppression;only 2 cases had phlebitis.Conclusion The evidence-based nursing practice could effectively reduce or prevent complications of oxaliplatin,improve patient quality of life.
