儿童代谢综合征合并缺血性脑卒中的护理体会

Nursing for metabolic syndrome children combining with ischemic stroke

目的探讨儿童代谢综合征(MS)合并缺血性脑卒中的护理措施。方法回顾性分析我院收治的5例儿童代谢综合征患者的临床资料,给予患儿监测血压、血糖和电解质变化,规范合理应用胰岛素,加强急性脑卒中发作时监护护理,并进行健康指导等护理措施。结果对监测值及神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)进行比较,所有患儿均痊愈出院,随访5例患儿半年其体重、血糖、血压、糖化血红蛋白及NIHSS评分均下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。行头颅CT和眼底检查结果正常,未发生缺血性脑卒中。结论综合护理措施有利于代谢综合征合并缺血性脑卒中患儿的治疗和康复,可预防并发症的发生,提高其生活质量。

Objective To investigate the nursing of the metabolic syndrome（MS）children combined with ischemic stroke care measures.Methods A retrospective analysis of hospital treated five children with clinical data of patients with metabolic syndrome,to give children monitor blood pressure,blood glucose and electrolyte changes,a reasonable standard of insulin,the onset of acute stroke care to enhance care,and guidance for health care measures.Results The value of monitoring and neurological deficit score（NIHSS） were compared,all patients were cured,5 patients were followed up six months,their body weight,blood glucose,blood pressure,glycated hemoglobin and neurological deficit score（NIHSS） decreased,there was statistically difference（P0.05）.Head CT and fundus examination was normal,ischemic stroke did not occur.Conclusion The comprehensive care measures could help metabolic syndrome children combining with ischemic stroke in treatment,rehabilitation,and prevention of complications,which could improve their quality of life.
