舒适护理在白血病患者漱口时的应用

Comfortable nursing is applied to leukemia patients

目的提高白血病患者舒适度,减少口腔感染的发生。方法将100例白血病患者随机分成试验组和对照组,对照组给予常规护理,试验组实施舒适护理使患者达到心理、生理和社会的舒适。结果试验组患者舒适度明显提高,口腔感染的发生率降低。结论白血病患者在漱口期间实施舒适护理,有助于降低因口腔不洁导致口腔感染及上呼吸道感染及并发症的发生率。

Objective Improve the leukemia patient comfort,reduce the oral infection.Methods A total of 100 patients with leukemia were randomly divided into test group and the control group.The patients in control group were given traditional nursing,the patients of test group were given comfortable nursing and reaching comfortable feeling in psychology,Psychology and society.Results After giving comfortable nursing in test group cases,the comfortable feeling improved and the ratio of mouth infection was reduced.Conclusion Comfortable nursing for leukemia patients during garaling could reduce the infectious rate of mouth and upper respiratory tract,which reduce the incidence rate of complications.
