摘要
在污水处理厂脱水污泥处理成套设备中,污泥混合搅拌机械起着重要作用,但目前对脱水污泥搅拌的动力需求相关研究几乎没有.研制了1台卧式污泥强制搅拌机,对叶片搅拌过程进行受力分析,计算出理论搅拌扭矩计算方程,通过MATLAB仿真计算出了理论所需扭矩,同时基于该搅拌机实际测算了搅拌扭矩,发现实测扭矩与仿真结果吻合得很好,继而推广到大型的涉及脱水污泥搅拌的机械,通过仿真估算出所需搅拌动力,为驱动电机的选型提供依据.
Amongst the complete set of dewatered sludge processing equipments,the sludge mixing machine plays a critical role in sewage treatment plant.However,the power requirements for dewatered sludge mixing have not been well addressed.In this regard,a horizontal mandatory sludge mixing machine is developed for blade loading analysis and theoretical torque equation obtainment.Through MATLABTM simulation,it is found that the simulation torques coincide with the measured values.Therein,this approach sets a basis on driving motor selection of large-scale dewatered mixing machines.
