摘要
基于大型有限元分析软件ANSYS,采用非线性的接触分析,对两种塑料螺纹连接件在预紧后的力学性能进行了分析研究.分析结果表明,改进后的螺纹连接件的应力明显降低,其应力分布均匀,建议将改进后的螺纹连接件结构应用于实际工程中.
Based on the large finite element analysis software,i.e.ANSYSTM,and the nonlinear contact analysis,the pretightening dynamical properties of two plastic thread connections are studied.From the analysis results,it is found,that the stress of improved thread connection,which is recommended for applications,is significantly reduced with even distribution.
