摘要
深海石油储量丰富,但是勘探、钻井及采油都需要大型海洋平台支持,在大型海洋平台的模块化建造过程中,大吨位上部组块提升系统是关键的建造工艺设备之一.按照提升质量和高度的要求设计了荔湾3-1大吨位上部组块提升系统,根据相似性理论,设计并制造了样机模型,进行了结构、液压及控制等方面的试验,试验结果与数值模拟计算结果进行对比分析,验证有限元模型的建模方法及加载方式的合理性,同时对样机模型的结构进行优化,最终实现对实际提升系统的优化.
Due to abundant oil reserves in the deep sea,the oil exploration,drilling and extraction should be dependent upon large-scale offshore platforms.In the modular manufacturing process for large-scale offshore platforms,the large-tonnage topside lifting system is considered as one of key manufacturing process equipments.According to the lifting weight and height,the Li Wan 3-1 lifting system is designed.Based on the similarity theory,a prototyping model is designed and manufactured for structural,hydraulic and control testing.By comparing and analyzing the results between model testing and numerical simulation,the rationale of finite-element modeling and loading methods is verified.Meanwhile,the structure of prototyping model is optimized for the real lifting system.
