农村预防接种群发性癔症调查分析与对策探讨

Study on inoculation massive hysteria in rural area

为探讨农村预防接种群发性癔症的原因 ,对滨州地区 1998年的 2起农村预防接种群发性癔症的调查分析发现 ,当今农村地区由于群众对计划免疫知识缺乏了解、小学生心理素质低下、接种方式不妥等原因 ,致使群发性癔症明显增多。采取加大农村计划免疫宣传工作力度 ,加强农村中小学心理健康教育 ,实行常规门诊分散接种 ,加强接种人员技术培训等对策 ,减少农村预防接种群发性癔症 ,促进农村计划免疫工作健康持续开展。

To understand the inoculation massive\|hysteria in the rural area,we study two events happened in Binzhou,1998.The results show that lack of the common knowledge of plan\|immunization,abnormal psychological reaction of the pupils and improper way of inoculation were the reasons of the increasing number of pupils with the disease.In rural area, to reduce the incidence of inoculative massive\|hysteria and advance plan\|inmunization work,we should take some mmeasures such as propaganda of plan immunization,psychological education of the pupils and training of the inoculaters,Andinoculating the pupils separately in the clinic may also work well.
