高原地区病理妊娠与弓形体感染关系初探

A STUDY ON THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE TOXOPLASMA INFECTION AND PATHOLOGIC PREGNANCY AT PLATEAU

为了探讨高原地区弓形体感染与病理妊娠的关系，本文以间接血凝抗弓形体抗体试验（IHA），对西宁地区（海拔2262米）及其附近地区的病理妊娠孕产妇和正常妊娠孕产妇进行了对照研究，结果表明：高原地区弓形体感染与病理妊娠有密切关系，各类型病理妊娠的孕产妇弓形体感染率虽有差别，但其之间无统计学差异。提示：预防弓形体感染、检测和治疗育龄期妇女弓形体感染，对减轻孕产妇痛苦，提高生育质量有积极意义。

In order to clarify the relationship between the toxoplasma and pathologic pregnancy at plateau, The pathological and nomtal pregnant wonren in Xinning area and nearby regions was studied. The result showed that there was a deep relationship between the toxoplasma and pathological pregnancy at plateau. Although there was adifference in infection rate of toxoplasma in every kind of pathological pregnant wonen, there hadn't statistical difference between them. It is indicated that the prevent, inspection and treatment in the infechon of toxoplasma showed a positive sigmh- cance in the pregnant and they could improve the quality of generation.
