摘要
分析食管癌切除术后胸腔内出血的原因并总结诊治经验。揭示此类手术应熟悉肋间血管的走行，关胸时仔细检查止血情况；晚期食管癌不能盲目追求切除率，以避免或减少术后胸腔内出血。
Aim: To analyze lhe reasen and summarize lhe treatment experience of hemorrbag in Pleuxal cavity af-ter the excision of esophagus cancer. Clinical materiel and methed; from Jan 1990 to Dec. 1998,320 patients with can-cer of esophagus were treated surgically .6 cases of them (1. 88% ) appeared to hemowhage in pleural cavity. Result:6 cases were operated to hemostasis once again .5 cases were cured. and 1 case died. Conclusion: it is key of avoiding or reducing the hemorrhage in pleural cavity afer operation to master the distributing of intereostal vessel, examine carefully to hemostasis and not seek the rate of excision.
