肝转移瘤CT征象的病理基础

THE PATHOLOGICAL BASIS OF CT FINDINGS FOR METASTASIS HAPATIC CARCINOMA

目的讨论肝转移瘤的CT特征及其产生的病理基础。方法分析和总结60例其原发灶经病理证实，并由临床和叶诊断为肝转移瘤的CT特征，结合肝转移病的病理特点，探讨二者之间的关系。结果肝转移的CT特征是以其病理变化为基础的，CT特征与转移瘤的大体现是一致的。结论理解肝转移CT特征的病理基础，有助于提高肝转移病CT诊断水平和检查方法的改进。

prupose:To explore the CT findings and its pathological basis of metastasis hepatic carcinoma(MHC),Meterial and Methods:To analyse CT findings of 60 cases MHC whose primary carcinoma had been clearly diagnosed by pathological examinahon and to explore lhe relationship between the CT finding and pathological character. Result:The CT findings of MHC are based on pathological change and paralleled to its overview. Conclusion: It is useful method to promote the level of CT diagnosis under the pathological basis of MHC.
