收敛法合成章鱼形多羟基化合物

SYNTHESIS OF OCTOPUS POLYOLS IN CONVERGENT APPROACH

目的 :合成可作为药物载体的在分子末端含有六个羟基的化合物。方法 :以六溴甲基苯为核心 ,与单保护二醇收敛反应 ,然后脱保护得到所需化合物。结果 :目标化合物结构经 1 H NMR、IR等确定。结论

OBJECTIVE:To synthesize octopus polyols which are likely to used as drug carriers.METHODS:The polyols were synthesized by convergent reaction of hexakis (bromomethyl) benzene and monoprotected diols,then deprotection.RESULTS:the structures of target compounds were confirmed by NMR and IR.CONCLUSION:The synthetic route is pratical.
