双波长分光光度法测定溴咖合剂中咖啡因的含量

DETERMINATION OF CAFFEINE IN PAVLOV'S MIXTURE BY DUAL WAVELENGTH SPECTROPHOTOMETRY

目的 :测定溴咖合剂中咖啡因含量。方法 :采用双波长分光光度法。结果 :咖啡因的平均回收率为 99.92 % ,RSD为 0 .72 %。结论 :与中国医院制剂规范法对比 。

OBJECTIVE:Caffeine in potassium bromide sodium benzoate and caffeine mixture were determined.METHODS:Dual wavelength spectrophotometry was used.RESULTS:The average recovery was 99.92%,and the coefficient of variation was 0.72%( n =6).CONCLUSION:The new method was more simple,rapid and accurate.There isn't significant difference to old one in country standard.It is suitable for quality control of caffeine in Pavlov's mixture
