摘要
本文首次从衬垫摩擦系数随摩擦温升而变化的角度推导了钢丝绳滑动时的摩擦传动方程,并以此研究了摩擦提升钢丝绳滑动的安全性和可靠性,提出了钢丝绳安全滑动的容许温升设计准则。
In the present paper, the friction drive equation is derived for the first time on the con-sideration of the variance of lining's friction coefficient with temperature rise under rope slipping. Furthermore, the safety and reliability of rope slipping are investigated, and a concept of allowable temperature rise ensuring safety slipping of hoist rope is put forward.
