Treatment of Women Post-partum Abdominal Pain in Synopsis of Prescriptions of the Golden Chamber

《金匮要略》中妇人产后血虚里寒腹痛用当归生姜羊肉汤;产后气血瘀滞腹痛用枳实芍药汤;产后瘀血内结腹痛用下瘀血汤;产后瘀血内阻、兼阳明里实腹痛用大承气汤,涵盖了妇人产后腹痛虚实寒热的不同证型,临证时当本着勿拘于产后、勿忘于产后的原则,灵活使用这四首方剂,以免犯虚虚实实之戒。

In Synopsis of Prescriptions of the Golden Chamber, women postpartum ahdominal pain of blood deficiency and interior cold type is trated with Danggui Shengjiang Yangrou Decoction ; abdominal pain of blood stasis and qistagnation type with Zhishi Shaoyao Decoction ; abdominal pain of blood stasis stagnated interior type with Xiayuxue Decoction ; abdominal pain of blood stasis stagnated interior and Yangming internal excess type with Dachengqi Decoction. They cover different syndromes of deficiency, excess, coht and heat for women postpartum abdominal pain. Clinically, special attention should be given to the situation of women postpartum and the flexibte application of the above four prescriptions.
