摘要
铝包钢丝产品已经越来越广泛的应用于电力和通信部门,因此铝包钢丝制造工艺成为相关企业院所的重要研究方向。作为一种先进的成形工艺,连续包覆已成功的在铝包丝生产中得到应用。质量是企业的灵魂,为了进一步提高连续包覆铝包钢丝产品的质量,以SLJB350型铝包钢丝连续包覆生产线为研究背景,运用力控组态软件,实现友好的人机交互界面,并且为控制模型设定参数,及时反馈生产线状态信息。实践证明,该系统能够实时调整工艺,确保生产高质量铝包钢丝,所开发的监控系统已成功运用于生产。
In this paper the force control configuration software is used to develop friendly man-machine interface.Moreover,pa- rameters can be set for control model and the state information of production line can be fed back in real time. Practice shows that this system can real-time adjust process to ensure the quality of aluminum clad steel wire.The monitoring sys- tem has been used in production,and considerable social benefits and economy benefits are obtained.
