摘要
设计了一种基于ControlLogix5555控制器、1756-M08SE运动控制模块、两个Ultra3000数字伺服驱动器和SER-COS网络的无轴传动伺服系统实验平台,并应用相应的软件设计了控制程序和监控界面。通过试验,验证了无轴传动伺服系统能实现精确地定位控制、多轴协调运动;同时可实现多轴轨迹运动插补控制,且能保证较小的运动误差。
This paper designs a shaftless servo system experimental platform based on one ControlLogix5555 controller,one 1756-M08SE motion control module,two Ultra3000 Digital Servo Drive controller and SERCOS network,and also designs the control program and monitoring interface by using the corresponding software.Through the specific experiment show that shaftless servo system can realize accurately positioning control,multi-axis coordinated motion.The servo system can real- ize multi-axis interpolation control of motion traiectorv and ensure the smaller motion error.
