摘要
从实际工程出发,对高炉槽下动态定量称重过程进行研究。首先将动态称重系统等效为二阶系统,推导出了其动、静态数学模型,并通过参数辨识的方法,从采集到的信号中辨识出物料的重量。
The dynamic quantitative weighing process is studied in this paper.firstly,dynamic weighing system is as a second-or- der system and set it up model,thenanalysis the weighing system＇s controlled process,and elaborated the automatic compensation function closed-loop control algorithm in the dynamic weighing ingredient process application.
