摘要
克拉玛依砾岩油藏在二次开发过程中,由于局部区域注入水沿高渗通道窜进,使油井含水迅速上升。2010年1月在Ⅰ类油藏的七中区、Ⅲ类油藏的六中东区克下亚组油藏开展了27个井组的深部调驱试验。根据2个试验区的油藏特征,分别采用了以调为辅、以驱为主的四段式和以调为主、以驱为辅的五段式调驱体系。试验区开发效果得到了明显改善,至2011年6月底累计增油22 373 t,提高水驱采收率1.9%.此项技术可在克拉玛依砾岩油藏推广。
The secondary development of conglomerate reservoirs in Karamay oilfield was characterized by local regional water breakthrough along high-permeable channels and high water cut in wells.In order to improve the waterflooding response,in Jan.2010,deep profile control tests of 27 well groups were conducted in lower Karamay reservoirs of Middle District-7 of Class-Ⅰ reservoir and Mid-East District-6 of Class-Ⅲ.Since the differences of these two reservoirs,individual design is made for the different test programs,and one is four-section profile control system dominated by displacement and assisted by adjustment,the other is five-section profile control system dominated by adjustment and assisted by displacement.The field tests indicate that these systems are suitable for the reservoirs,so the responses are improved obviously.By the end of June 2011,the cumulative incremental oil production is 22 373 t,corresponding to 1.9% of EOR.The success of the tests provides valuable experiences for spreading application of such a deep profile control technology in Karamay conglomerate reservoirs.
