摘要
位于克拉玛依百口泉-黄羊泉地区的百泉1井,存在着多压力系统,钻井过程常发生漏失、溢流等复杂情况。针对该井的地质特点和固井难点,制定对应措施,采用了新型前置液、超低密度水泥浆体系和平衡压力尾管固井技术,有效地解决了低压易漏和高压易喷同时存在的长封固段固井难题,使用1.10 g/cm3水泥浆密度为目前克拉玛依油田固井所使用的最低密度的水泥浆。该项固井工艺为复杂地质情况下固井作业提供了经验。
Baiquan-1 Well,a risk exploratory well located in Baikouquan-Huangyangquan area in Karamay oilfield,is characterized by low formation pressure,two sets of pressure sequences in open hole section and multiple leakages and overflows during drilling.So there exist many obstacles such as narrow pressure safety window,pressure stability and leakage-proof balance,long cementing sector and high temperature difference between the top and bottom of cementing sector in the well cementing operation.In view of its geological characteristics and cementing obstacles,this paper formulates corresponding measures like novel preflush,ultra low density cement slurry system and balance pressure liner cementing technologies,by which these obstacles have been effectively solved.The applied cement slurry system has reached 1.10 g/cm3 in density,which is one with the lowest density in well cementation available in Karamay oilfield.
