多囊卵巢综合征胰岛素抵抗与痰湿的关系

The relationship between insulin resistance of polycystic ovarian syndrome and phlegm-dampness

通过广泛查阅相关文献,并结合中医经典理论进行探讨,认为痰湿内盛是多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的主要病机,痰湿体质是本病胰岛素抵抗(IR)和代谢紊乱发生的重要病理基础,本病痰湿证患者胰岛素抵抗更加明显,中医药从痰论治多囊卵巢综合征所取得的疗效,也印证了本病"痰壅胞宫"之病机。

Through extensively reviewed the relevant literature and combination of classical theories of TCM,this article draws conclusion that phlegm-damp obstructing body is the main pathogenesis of PCOS,and the phlegm-dampness constitution is important pathologic basis for PCOS insulin resistance and metabolic disorders. PCOS with phlegm-dampness! syndrome is more closely related with insulin resistance. Based on the effects of PCOS treated with traditional Chinese medicine,it is proved that the pathogenesis theory of ＂phlegm obstructing uterus＂.
