推拿配合整脊手法治疗颈型类冠心病30例

Cervical mimic coronary artery disease treated by tuina and chiropractic therapy in 30 cases

目的观察推拿配合颈椎整脊手法治疗颈型类冠心病的临床疗效。方法试验组采用推拿配合颈椎整脊手法调整,对照组采用传统推拿手法,1个疗程后比较临床疗效、症状、体征积分及颈椎生理曲度。结果 2组治疗后,试验组总有效率90.0%,对照组总有效率66.67%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);症状、体征积分比较、颈椎生理曲度比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论推拿手法配合颈椎整脊手法治疗颈型类冠心病优于单纯推拿手法。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of tuina and chiropractic therapy in treating cervical mimic coronary artery disease.Methods Treatment group were treated by tuina and chiropractic therapy and control group were treated by traditional tuina therapy.The clinical efficacy、score of symptoms and signs、cervical vertebra physiology degree of curve were observed and compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate was 90.0% in treatment group and 66.67% in control group after 1 treatment course,two groups of the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;There was a statistically significant difference in the score of symptoms and signs and cervical vertebra physiology degree of curve between two groups after 1 treatment course（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Tuina and chiropractic therapy is effective to treat cervical mimic coronary artery disease.
