ICP-MS测定广州市饮用水中铀及其同位素比值 被引量:4

Determination of uranium and its isotope ratio in drinking water in Guangzhou city by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry

摘要 目的:建立饮用水中铀及其同位素比值的分析方法,了解广州市饮用水中铀的含量水平和同位素比值情况。方法:水样经酸化后直接用ICP-MS进行分析。结果:总铀的测定的精密度优于1.4%、检出限小于0.0005 ng/ml,加标回收率为97.6%~101%;235U/238U同位素比值测定的精密度优于0.7%;广州市饮用水中铀的平均浓度为0.185 ng/ml,235U/238U同位素比值为0.7012%~0.7159%。结论:可采用ICP-MS准确测定广州市饮用水中的铀及其同位素比值,方法简便、快速、准确。 Objective: To develop the method for analysis of uranium and its isotope ratio in water by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry,and investigate level of uranium and its isotope ration in drinking water in Guanghzou city.Methods: The samples were directly determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry after acidification.Results: The detection limit,RSDs and recoveries of total uranium were 0.0005 ng/ml,1.4% and 97.6%~101% respectively,RSD of isotope ratio of 235U/238U was better than 0.7%.The mean concentration of uranium in drinking water of Guangzhou was 0.185 ng/ml,the isotope ration of 235U/238U was 0.7012%~0.7159%.Conclusion: This method is simple,sensitive and accurate,which can determin uranium and its isotope ration in dringking water.
