摘要
发展电动汽车已经成为全球共识,在其产业起步阶段,政府引导和激励是促进其核心技术取得突破与产业化规模逐步形成的重要驱动力和催化剂。对国际上主要汽车工业发达国家的电动汽车及其充换电服务网络发展相关政策进行了梳理,并对比分析我国相关政策情况,最后提出了建立多部委协调机制、推动电动汽车与智能电网有效衔接、重视网络化发展充换电服务、加强产业链各方合作的启示和建议。
While the development of electric vehicles （EV） has become a global consensus, government guidance and policy incentive are, in the initial stage of EV industry, one important driving force and catalyst for the breakthrough of core technologies and the progressive formation of the market scale. In this paper, policies concerning EV development and its infrastructure in the main countries with developed auto industry are carefully reviewed and analyzed, and a comparative study is made on the related policies of China. In the conclusion, enlightenment and suggestions are presented.
