摘要
内河港口在腹地影响、综合运输体系中的地位和作用、发展潜力和效果、建设布局等方面与海港有明显的区别,不能完全照搬海港的建设和发展理论。在充分论证了内河港口与海港的区别后,总结了欧洲内河港口发展的有关经验,提出适应内河特点的建设和发展模式。
There are obvious difference between inland port and seaport in influence in the hinterland,the status and function in comprehensive transportation system,the development effect and potential,the layout,so,it＇s not rational to indiscriminately imitate the construction and development theory.After full argument of the differences between inland port and seaport,this paper summarized the experience of inland ports in Europe,then proposed the appropriate construction and development mode for inland port.
