留学归国人员的逆文化冲突研究综述

A Summary Review of Scholarly Works on Reverse Cultural Shock among Returned Students

论文在分析了文化冲突、文化适应、归国文化适应等相关概念问题的基础上，对逆文化冲突的三个研究视角和相关理论模型、逆文化冲突问题的影响因素和测量等逆文化冲突问题的研究进行了回顾和总结。认为留学人员及其子女回到祖国后在语言、生活方式甚至价值观等许多方面与母文化发生的冲突，不仅仅是个体问题、心理问题，更多的是影响十分广泛的社会学问题。当前逆文化冲突研究上主要存在下列问题亟待解决：对逆文化冲突与文化冲突概念异同的认识仍需加强；对逆文化冲突表现形式的认识需要得到更系统的归纳和总结；将逆文化冲突本身作为研究对象的研究相对较少。

The article is a summary review of academic research on reverse cultural shock among returned nationals from their long stays abroad, ranging over conceptualization of ＂reverse cultural shock＂, research approaches and models, analysis of contributing factors, and methods of measurement. The author argues that with the rapid growth of returned students coming back to China, the research on reverse cultural shock, particularly from the perspective of sociology, has become increasingly important.
