采煤工作面采煤机和输送机分级协调控制系统的研究

摘要 采煤工作面的采煤机和输送机的传统调节方式是分立控制的,本文从系统工程学观点出发,结合计算机控制技术和液压控制技术,提出了对采煤机和输送机进行分级协调控制的多目标优化决策新策略,并完成了相应的实验研究。理论分析和实验研究结果表明,采煤机和输送机采用分级协调控制算法进行综合协调和控制是可行的,多目标优化决策策略具有良好的鲁棒性和满意的控制品质。 Traditionally separate control is used for controlling the two major machines, shearer and conveyor on coal face. From the view-point of the system engineering, by means of computer control and hydraulic control technology, this paper puts forward a new tactics of multi-objective optimal decision to realize gradational coordination control over shearer and conveyor. Relevant experimental studies have also been acomplished. The results of theoretical and experimental studies show that it is feasible for shearer and conveyor to adopt the algorithm of graditional coordination control. And that the tactics of multi-ob-jective optimal decision has a good robustness and satisfactory control qualities.
