摘要
通过钻屑温度测试装置,得到钻孔过程中的钻屑温度,提出一种评定煤体强度大小的新方法。试验结果表明,以相同的钻进速度,对不同强度煤体打同一深度钻孔,煤体强度同钻屑温度及钻孔时钻屑温度变化率之间均呈线性关系;停钻后温度降低时钻屑温度变化率大小基本相同,与煤体强度无关。
Using devices to test drillings temperature,drillings temperature in the course of drilling was got,and a new way to test coal intensity was formulated.Experiment results show that relations between coal intensity and the temperature,temperature gradient of drilling cuttings are nearly linear,when coal-mass of different intensity is drilled down to the same depth at the same rate;the temperature gradient is almost equal and independent with coal intensity when stop drilling.
