摘要
在荷载作用下薄壁压杆破坏的主要形式是屈曲失稳。考虑材料和几何双重非线性影响,基于有限元分析软件AN-SYS对薄壁压杆进行了稳定数值仿真分析。采用正交试验设计方法设计试验,研究工字型截面尺寸效应对结构稳定承载力的影响,通过方差分析确定各影响因素的比例。结果表明:翼缘宽度对稳定极限载荷的影响最大,翼缘厚度次之,而腹板高度和腹板厚度对稳定极限载荷影响最小不显著。
The main failure form of thin-walled compressive bar is buckling under load. With material and ge- ometry bi-uonlinear influence, Stability Numerical simulation analysis of thin-walled compressive bar based on finite element software ansys is made . Orthogonal experimental method is adopted to design experiments, the author studies effects of sectional dimension of I-shaped cross-section on stability ultimate loads, and determines influence ratio of different factors through analysis of variance. The results indicate that flange width is most effective, flange thickness takes second place, sternum depth and thickness do little for ultimate load.
