摘要
采用微波消解,电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定白玉菇中的金属元素。实验结果表明白玉菇中富含多种对人体有益的金属元素。对比发现,白玉菇中K,Na、Ca、Mg、Al、Fe、Zn、Cu、Pb的含量远远高于其他几种蘑菇。方法回收率在93.2%~108.9%之间,相对标准偏差小于5.0%。方法操作简单,分析速度快,准确度高,灵敏度好。
After white Hpsizygus marmoreus disposed by microwave digestion, the mentals were determined by ICP-AES. The results showed that white Hypsizygus marmoreus contained many wholesome elements. Contrasted with other mushrooms, the content of K, Na,Ca, Mg,Al, Fe,Zn, Cu in white Hypsizygus marmoreus exceeds out and away others. The relative standard deviations (RSD) was less than 4%, and standard recoveries of these elements were in the range of 93.2% ~ 108.9%. The method is simple, quick and accurate for the determination of ele- ments in white Hypsizygus marmoreus.
