光子嫩肤技术治疗180例色素性沉着皮肤病疗效观察

Clinical Efficiency Observation on 180 Cases of Pigmentation Dermatosis Treated by Photo Rejuvenation

目的:观察应用彩光嫩肤仪治疗颜面色素性沉着皮肤病的临床疗效。方法:用IPL P-NAIN SYSTEM彩光版光子嫩肤仪,对180例雀斑、雀斑样痣、黄褐斑、日光性角化色素、痤疮后色素沉着皮肤疾病进行强脉冲光治疗,每5次为1个疗程,每4周治疗1次。结果:雀斑有效率为96.7%、雀斑样痣有效率为88.0%、黄褐斑有效率为73.3%、日光性角化色素有效率为66.7%、痤疮后色素沉着有效率为60.0%,总有效率为83.3%。结论:彩光嫩肤技术具有操作相对简单、治疗部位准确、疗效确切等优点,患者在损伤最少的条件下能有效达到祛斑的皮肤美容目的,是一种有前景的新技术。

Objective：To discuss the clinical therapy of IPL as the method of facial skin cosmetology.Methods：IPL P-NAIN SYSTEM was used to deliver intense pulsed light with different energy controlled by microcomputer through choosing different objective waves and treat the 180 cases of benign skin diseases such as spots,fine wrinkles,pore crassitude and telangiectasis etc.5 times were a course,once per four weeks.Results：The effective rates were 96.7%,88.0%,73.3%,66.7%,60.0% respectively.Conclusion：IPL system as one method of the medical cosmetology is ease to be operated with high veracity and low damage to patients.It is a new but promising cosmetology technology to get more delicate skin with less fleck and blood streak.
