临床药师参与1例泛耐药鲍曼不动杆菌肺部感染治疗体会 被引量:7

摘要 目的为临床药师参与泛耐药鲍曼不动杆菌肺部感染的抗感染治疗提供参考依据。方法临床药师参与治疗1例泛耐药鲍曼不动杆菌肺部感染,为医师提供药物治疗信息、分析用药情况、监护患者用药过程。结果临床药师参与泛耐药鲍曼不动杆菌肺部感染治疗效果明显,治疗过程中无明显药物不良反应发生。结论临床药师利用专业的药物知识在治疗团队中对提高疗效、保障患者用药安全方面有着积极的作用。 Objective To provide reference for clinical pharmacists in anti-infection treatment in clinical practice.Method Clinical pharmacists,as a part of the treatment team,provided drug therapy information,analyzed drug therapy status and monitored patients' medical procedures.Results The impact of clinical pharmacist participation in the treatment of pulmonary infection caused by pan-drug resistant A.baumannii was obvious,and no obvious adverse drug reaction was found in the therapeutic process.Conclusion Clinical pharmacists may use their professional knowledge to improve the curative effect and ensure the safety of patients.
