Therapeutical effect of ESWL on renal calyceal stones

目的 :探讨体外冲击波碎石 (ESWL )治疗肾盏结石的效果。方法 :对 ESWL治疗的肾盏结石 2 44例 (肾上盏结石 5 7例 ,肾中盏结石 18例及肾下盏结石 16 9例 )进行回顾性调查 ,ESWL后 1个月及每 6～ 12个月行 X线腹部平片或 B超检查及临床随访。结果 :肾上盏结石排净率为 73.7% ,肾中盏结石为 6 1.1% ,肾下盏结石为78.7%。结论 :ESWL

Purpose:To investigate the effect of ESWL on renal calyceal stones.Methods:We retrospectively studied 244 patients with renal calyceal stones (57 with upper calyceal stones,18 with middle calyceal stones,and 169 with lower calyceal stones) treated by ESWL.All patients were followed up radiographically at 1 month and every 6 to 12 months after ESWL.Results:The stone free rates of upper,middle and lower calyceal stones were 73.7 %, 61.1 % and 78.7 % respectively.Conclusions:ESWL is the treatment of choice for renal lower calyceal stones.
