根据在线总硫分析仪检测出的轻汽油中总硫含量,操作人员及时调整工艺运行参数,保证轻汽油中的总硫含量在控制质量指标范围内。仪表投用后由于驱动压力问题,进油温度对仪表的影响,使仪表不能实现长周期运行,通过对预处理系统的改造保证了仪表的运行。通过与标准液的测量比对,说明总硫分析仪分析数据准确,能够正确反映生产工艺变化,满足装置生产要求。

While result of comparing with standard liquid proved it is accurate, it can correctly reflect the change ofproduction process and meet the requirements of production device.
