基于RFID技术的生鲜肉类产品全程可追溯系统设计

Design of Traceability System for the Fresh Meat Product Entire Processes Based on RFID Technology

为了加强生鲜肉类产品全程跟踪和监控水平,实现生鲜肉类产品安全生产和流通,本文设计了基于RFID技术的生鲜肉类产品全程可追溯系统,并对其工作原理、系统拓扑结构、功能模块以及系统实现的关键技术进行了研究,实现了生鲜肉类产品从生产养殖、屠宰加工、仓储配送到销售终端全程信息的采集与监控,提升了生鲜肉类产品质量安全监管水平。

In order to strengthen the entire processes tracing and monitoring level and realize safety production and circulation of the fresh meat products,the traceability system based on RFID technology was designed.The work principle,system topology structure,function modules and the key technology of traceability system was researched,the entire information of acquisition and monitoring about fresh meat products from the production cultivation,the slaughter and processing,storage and distribution to sale terminal was achieved.At last,this paper can promote quality and safety supervision level of the fresh meat products through traceability system.
