摘要
基于机械系统动力学仿真软件ADAMS,提出了一种对蓝莓采摘机构进行虚拟设计的方法。在ADAMS中建立采摘机构的模型,并进行动态仿真分析,在不作任何简化性假设的条件下考察枝干的受力情况,选出蓝莓采摘机构的关键参数。仿真结果表明,偏心距和偏心轮转速对采摘效果影响显著,并且仿真结果为该采摘机构的物理样机的实现提供了技术依据。
A virtual design approach to the virtual design of blueberry picking institution was put forward based on ADAMS.The model of picking institution was established and its dynamic simulation was made with ADAMS.The force of the branches was analysed without any simplified hypothesis.The key parameters of the institution were chosen.The result demonstrated that the eccentricity and the speed of eccentric wheel are main influence on the performance of the picking institution.And the result provides technical evidence for the achievement of physical mechanism.
