一种小型智能化电源的设计与实现

摘要 针对某型野外站点测量设备存在突发掉电的问题,研制了一种以51单片机为控制核心的小型智能化电源系统。系统主电源和后备电源之间可以自动切换。当主电源欠压时,系统后备电源接通但不立即断开主电源,而是延时一定时间后断开,从而保证了设备供电的零间断和数据录取的完整性。分析了系统的工作原理,给出了必要的硬件电路图和软件算法框图。实际应用表明系统的研制极大地提高了设备工作的可靠性。 In view of unexpected power failure about certain measuring device in the open country.A small-sized and intellectual power supply system controlled by 51 MCU was designed.Auto-switch could be realized between primary power and back up power.The back up power was switched on when the voltage was shortage about primary power.To assure the power be supplied to the device steadily,the primary power needed delay a little time before it's disconnection.The paper analyzed the principle of the system.The scheme of the necessary hardware and software are presented.This system greatly enhanced the reliability of the equipment.
