摘要
针对拖拉机前悬架系统,在ADAMS/View环境中建立悬架模型并对模型进行仿真分析。通过仿真揭示了主销(转向机立轴)后倾角、主销内倾角、前轮外倾角、前轮前束角和车轮侧向滑移量在悬架运动过程中的变化规律,对悬架数据是否合理进行了分析。通过研究为拖拉机的整机分析奠定了基础,同时该建模方法也可以为类似车辆的建模提供参考。
Aiming at the front suspension system of tractor,the suspension model based on ADAMS/View environment was set up,then the model was simulated and analysed.It revealed the variation law of the caster-angle of kingpin,the inclination-angle of kingpin,the camber-angle of front wheel,the toe-angle of front wheel and the sideways-displacement of lateral wheel according to the motor process of suspension.It analysed the rationality of the suspension's data.It laid the foundation of the complete tractor analysis through this research,it can provide the reference for the similar vehicle modeling through the Modeling method.
